For larger pieces of art please allow additional days to order the correct packaging for shipping bulky items.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of all shipping materials and insurance unless otherwise stated..
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
READINGS
There are NO refunds 24 hrs. PRIOR to a scheduled SESSION date.
You may reschedule only in the last 24hrs of your scheduled SESSION.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR PACKAGE SESSIONS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There are NO refunds for any gift card purchases, gifted sessions/events, prepaid packages,
or products sold at any event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
FOR REFUNDS DUE TO A CANCELLATION ONLY WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME,
YOU MUST ALLOW 5 TO 7 DAYS FOR ANY REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED BY iARTHAM LLC.
Thereafter, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your institution to process its funds.
EVENTS
There are NO refunds 7 days prior to a scheduled EVENT date.
You may only reschedule in the last 7 days of your scheduled EVENT.
If your event is purchased and booked in less than 7 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
and you may reschedule your event only.
ADDITIONALLY
There are NO refunds for any gift card purchases, gifted sessions, events, prepaid packages,
or products sold at any event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
We truly hope this is never the case, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Most of our items are one of a kind and unreplaceable.
We are terribly sorry for this inconvenience but it's out of our hands.
We encourage you to agree to our purchase of insurance at the time of shipping.
Should there be a very serious matter of heart attached to the above-mentioned crisis please
reach out and MAYBE there is something we can TRY to do.
Additionally, we ask that you send proof of damage and/or
a copy of the notice from the mail carrier facility showing proof of such tragedy!
iARTHAM LLC will consider replacing the item(s) IF items are available of the same stature
(i.e.: prints, sage bundles, stickers)
not "one of a kind" items.
In the event of a ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEM (i.e.: originals or clothing etc...)
It may be that these are unreplaceable and not refundable.
We are not responsible for the loss of items due to shipping circumstances and therefore
We are not held accountable for the replacement of any goods.
We will try to see if there is something we can do regarding the matter but overall,
iARTHAM will not accept responsibility for replacing any of our products damaged, lost or stolen once shipped.
